With beautiful fat distribution and a fine grain, the Denver Steak offers a perfect balance between the intense flavour of chuck and the tenderness of premium steaks like ribeye. It’s often called the “poor man’s ribeye” — but many steak lovers prefer it for its deep, satisfying taste.
Best enjoyed grilled, pan-seared, or reverse-seared to medium-rare. Rest for 8–10 minutes after cooking to let the juices settle.
